Cyril Jérôme Juliani has completed final PhD exams

His dissertation is entitled “Assessment of Undiscovered Mineral Resource Potential at the Northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge (MAR) and on the Norwegian Mainland: Method development and applications”. The evaluation committee has consisted of Dr Donald Singer, University of Queensland, Dr Sven Petersen, GEOMAR and Professor Rune Berg-Edland Larsen, NTNU. The trial lecture had the title “Probability of discovering off axis deposits along with detachment faults, what can be learned from onshore fault bounded sulphide deposits?” The main supervisor has been Associate Professor Steinar Løve Ellefmo and co-supervisor, Professor Rune Berg-Edland Larsen, both IGP.
