Green Petroleum Cluster has been established in Mid-Norway

Versjon 2The group “Green Petroleum Cluster” was established last week at Statoil in Stjørdal. The vision for the group is to “Develop the world’s most innovative and environmentally friendly oil and gas production”, and the objective is formulated as “Stimulate to increased innovation, commersialization, growth and internationalization through collaboration between R&D institutions and industry”. Oil companies, service companies, county, SINTEF and NTNU participated in the start-up meeting. NTNU was represented by Professor Emeritus Michael Golan. See the document for the meeting here.
